"J" and "J"

This weekend I had the opportunity to take some pictures of some good friends of ours. My husband and I have enjoyed double dating with these two ever since they've moved back into town. I actually grew up with the young man in this photo..we've known each other since we were toddlers. Crazy how time goes by so fast. Aren't these two the cutest??.. and so photogenic?! I love it. This next photo I took of her ring...I couldn't resist taking simply because of the cute story behind it. Do you notice what hand her wedding ring is on?..Yep..you guessed it her right. Here's the story in a nutshell ( I hope they don't mind I share it..why would they?..it's cute) Anyhow, the evening they got engaged he was so nervous to ask her to marry him that when he did the whole "proposal" thing..he put her ring on the wrong hand. And there it's stayed, she keeps it on her right hand simply because she thought it was too cute..to remove it to the other hand. I agree ;)

 

 

"A" & "M" Christmas Photos

Last weekend I had a chance to do a friend of mine from high school and her fiance's Christmas photos. I really enjoyed taking their Christmas photos for them because their cute dog reminded me of my dog growing up, who is no longer here anymore. Their dog was such a good girl to sit and take photos with us...what a sweetheart! What I loved most about this shoot was how photogenic these 3 were...even the dog was photogenic haha! Such a cute family. Thanks again "M" and "A" for allowing me to take your Christmas photos this year. 

What A Cute Couple

So I had the opportunity to do a photoshoot of one of the cutest couples EVER! These two are a matched pair...they are so perfect for each other and so dang cute I couldn't resist doing a photoshoot of them. A long long time ago I was the babysitter to this young lady and now she is a married woman...CRAZY! If you are wondering if it makes me feel old,yes it does...Lol! I am so happy they were such good sports to allow me to shoot a few pics of them. Thank you "K" and "B" for a wonderful time. By the way I chose this song for this post because it's one of my favorites and perfect for a "couples"song!

"D" Family

So this past weekend I had my very first family photoshoot. What a FUN family they are! They were so chill and so fun to practice with. They all have such natural smiles and are just the perfect models. Thank you so much "D" family for allowing me to practice with your family...your family is a perfect example of why I LOVE taking photos!
